The Iditarod is in Alaska every year. A day where the community comes together to watch the mushers leave and wish them good luck. A long journey lays ahead of them and this year it's going to be a lot harder with this much snow. Some of the mushers are running for theirselves and others a mushing for a charity. In the alaskan Iditarod you are required to take a 8 hour rest and a 24 hour rest. All the Alaskans wish the mushers luck.
